This work is accomplished by activating a network of partners in the public and private sectors and takes place in four related areas
- Workforce: job training and placement
- Villages: supportive housing, building community, quality of life
- Ventures: earned-income strategies focused on job creation
- Community Development: partnerships to deliver mission-driven community assets and special projects

Unlike most enterprises though, our Big Objective reaches beyond product and revenue.
