Vision:

As a result of knowing their civil and human rights, the people we serve are able to make choices and meaningful decisions.

The people we serve and their families speak out for themselves and others; they initiate ideas, take risks, and make informed decisions and choices about needed supports; Are valued and respected for their ethnic, cultural, personal and religious diversity.

People are realizing their goals and identified potentials through added skills, support and their own self-determination and courage.
