    YMCA of the Rockies puts Christian principles into practice through programs, staff, and facilities in an environment that builds a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. We will accomplish this by serving conferences of a religious, educational, or recreational nature; providing unifying experiences for families; offering traditional summer camping experiences for boys and girls; and serving our staff with leadership opportunities and productive work experiences.

    About Us

    YMCA of the Rockies operates two family resorts, residential camps for kids, and conference centers located on both sides of Rocky Mountain National Park. We offer 4 week to 8 month work agreements for short-term, seasonal, and volunteer positions. We also offer volunteer opportunities, gap year programs, and year-round careers. Volunteers work 28 hours/week and receive free room & board. Our room & board includes single rooms, 3 meals per day, 7 days per week, access to all YMCA of the Rockies facilities, and so much more.

    Our two centers are located on both the eastern and western slope of the Continental Divide. Estes Park Center lives on the eastern slope and is only an hour from Boulder and 1.5 hours from Denver. Snow Mountain Ranch is located on the western side and resides in a more remote area known as the Fraser Valley, near Winter Park. Help needed now in Housekeeping!
