    Cxmmunity is a nonprofit organization founded to increase the participation of minorities in the esports and video game industry. We help minority youth develop proficiency & skills by partnering with industry professionals in our Career Readiness Program which consist of engaging video interviews, hands-on demonstrations & workshops, and career prep assistance, in order to secure or create career opportunities among world's leading esports talent.

    About Us

    In less than 12 months, we have partnered with four k-12 institutions and 16 universities to introduce their student body to careers within esports. We have delivered over 100 laptops to students who would not be able to continue distance learning. In the beginning of 2020 we introduced the first Esports Management Minor and certificate program at an HBCU (Johnson C. Smith University) and also provided $10,000.00 worth in scholarships for students in underserved regions to attend an esports and STEM-based summer camp.

    In total we have raised over $128,000, towards securing proficient distance learning materials for the upcoming school fall 2020 semester.

    Aug 2, 2020 we officially partnered with Twitch to Create the first HBCU Esports League.
