About Us
UNIDA supports the harmonization of business law in Africa through the OHADA (Organisation pour l'harmonisation du droit en Afrique). OHADA provides its member states with a unified modern, flexible and reliable business law, arbitration as an appropriate and trustwothy way to settle disputes, a Common Court of Justice based in Ivory Coast (Abidjan) and a Regional Training School for training judges and judiciary staff. We believe that through economic growth Africa can reach a better future and that a modern economic law will be indispensible to reach this goal.
