The mission of Community Action is to foster and
advocate for self-sufficiency among low-income people in Skagit County,
Washington.
We believe in the strength and potential of people. We
believe in the power of neighbor helping neighbor to help stabilize community
members and equip them to exit poverty. Working together we create paths to
prosperity and a thriving community for all.
