  • Mission

The mission of YWCA New Hampshire is to eliminate racism, empower women and promote peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all people.

    About Us

REACH Crisis Services at YWCA New Hampshire relies heavily upon volunteer advocates to staff our 24-hour crisis hotline. Our crisis line serves survivors of domestic and sexual violence, stalking and trafficking. Trained volunteers provide crisis counseling, safety planning, information/referral, and accompaniment to local hospitals, and make a difference in survivors' lives through emotional support and stability.

We provide comprehensive direct services to victims/survivors and recognize the widespread impact of trauma. REACH Crisis Services volunteers undergo a 30-hour initial training to be covered under confidentiality RSA 173-C, and ongoing education and support during their service,
