REACH Crisis Services at YWCA New Hampshire relies heavily upon volunteer advocates to staff our 24-hour crisis hotline. Our crisis line serves survivors of domestic and sexual violence, stalking and trafficking. Trained volunteers provide crisis counseling, safety planning, information/referral, and accompaniment to local hospitals, and make a difference in survivors' lives through emotional support and stability.
We provide comprehensive direct services to victims/survivors and recognize the widespread impact of trauma. REACH Crisis Services volunteers undergo a 30-hour initial training to be covered under confidentiality RSA 173-C, and ongoing education and support during their service,
