Ghana Outlook

Ghana Outlook GH.is an NGO based in the Volta region of Ghana. Our goal is to empower rural women by teaching small-scale business, development of skills such as sewing, bread-baking, batik and tie & dye textile production. We have schools in rural communities where voluntteers spend most of their time with rural children. We currently have an fifty women co-operative in a rural village which is in need of volunteers to help with marketing, computer training, clothing design, as well as other areas. You have an oppotunity of understanding our world better with the free way by which our projects are accomplished. Housing is provided at a cost of $40 a month which is used for the payment of utilities. Volunteer positions can be from two weeks to two years, if desired. We are rapidly expanding and have space for up to five volunteers.Please you have a second home when you are here in Ghana.
