To eliminate system barriers that affect the access of Iraqi and Arab immigrants and refugees and other underserved communities to health services in Washington
About Us
Due to the urgent need for culturally sensitive public health services for Arabic speaking
communities in Washington, the Iraqi/Arab Health Board (IAHB) was founded in 2017 by a
group of Iraqi physicians, volunteers, and health professionals who work with refugees and
immigrants within multiple organizations in Washington.
We are a public, non-profit 501(c)3 grassroots organization.
