  • Mission

We here at The Jamming to the beat musical theater program are committed to a single goal; we strive to create a platform for young artists to use the performing arts as an outlet, to not only express their individuality and artistry, but to accomplish future endeavors. Through the art of writing, acting, and dancing, each young artist will have the opportunity to learn and experience a new and creative style of musical theater.

    About Us

There are three programs that we offer for young artists between the ages of 7-14.

Our first program is, "From Page to Stage". This program will be used as a writing workshop. The young artists will collaborate each week, and begin writing the play in which they will have the opportunity to perform as a whole group.

Our second program is, "From Amateurs to Actors". This program will help develop the young artists acting skills, through various drama activities and exercises. This program was designed to not only help the young artists discover their inner actor, but to really understand the world of acting.

Our third program is, "From Standing to Jamming". This program allows the younger artists to learn the functions of various components of musical theater, particularly dance, and will practice analyzing performances to determine how those components work together.
