Institute for Educational Leadership, Center for Workforce Development

The Institute for Educational Leadership (IEL) is a national non-profit organization that initiates, and supports improvement and innovation initiatives to achieve better outcomes for all youth, pre-k through postsecondary to the workforce. IEL’s Center for Workforce Development focuses on helping leaders in the public and private sectors build bridges that connect individuals with learning institutions and the workplace. IEL/CWD houses several national technical assistance centers, including the National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth.
