    My Green Earth is a sustainability-focused nonprofit dedicated to promoting sustainable living choices within local communities in Cobb County, GA. We aim to empower individuals, foster environmental stewardship, and ensure accessible sustainable solutions for all. As part of our mission, we are committed to mitigating the impact of climate change and enhancing community resilience through education, outreach, and innovation.

    About Us

    My Green Earth was founded in April of 2022. We focus on 3 core programs in order to achieve our mission of a more sustainable Cobb:

    School Impact: We transform K-12 schools into hubs of sustainability and environmental action, and students into champions for a sustainable future.

    Roots of Resilience: Resilience is about harnessing inner strength. Through our Roots of Resilience program, we inspire resilience within people and the planet through educational programs and and by planting green spaces such as food forests and gardens.

    Environmental Equity: Those most impacted by the impacts of climate change in Cobb have the least resources to protect themselves. We lower energy bills, reduce urban heat islands, and connect Cobb’s food deserts to fresh food.
