About Us

World Learning is a 75-year-old global non-profit organization operating international education and development programs in more than 70 countries worldwide. Through its network of field offices and subcontractors, World Learning – Capacity Building Services supports the U.S. Agency for International Development and U.S. Department of State in training, education, and capacity building with a wide array of services. Such services include: overall management of the programs, including conducting needs analyses; country training planning; procuring and managing U.S., third country, and home country training and education; participant and student selection, testing and processing; managing programs from the field; follow-up services; and small grants administration.
