Mission
Great Futures Family Services is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit community-based organization. We are accredited by the Joint Commission. Our mission is to strengthen families and produce positive outcomes for families in low-income communities. Our goal is to assist low income pregnant mothers and families with children 0 to 3 through education, support, mental/emotional health consultation, and community collaborative partnerships.
About Us
Great Futures offers 2 types of services to assist our families;
1. Home Visitation, where a SW & Registered Nurse meet with the mom & baby in their home.
2. Wellness Groups. We have about 5 groups but the ones we need volunteers for is our Kidz Zone and Children's Corner when we conduct our Parent Club.
