    Our Lady's Inn provides pregnant women and their children shelter and hope for a new life through humble acts of love.

    About Us

    Our Lady's Inn operates two maternity homes for homeless pregnant women aged 18 and older and their babies. Women receive shelter, food, clothes, case management, counseling, pre and post natal care on site as well as referrals for education, employment, legal assistance, substance abuse treatment, medical care, childcare, and housing. We operate 24/7- 365 days a year and have been around since 1981. We can serve 18 families at our St Louis City location and 12 families at our St. Charles County location.
