Mama Christa Foundation

We are a non-profit registered association. Our purpose is to give needy children in Kenya a future.

Mama Christa Foundation was founded in 2019 with the aim of providing children, young adults and their families in non-residential settings educational, financial and psycho-social support.

We strive to support young people to live an independent life in and around Mombasa, Kenya.

The basis of our work forms the African Charta on the Rights and Welfare of the Child, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the law of Kenya.

Goals:

Together we are supporting children in need. The children come from a background of:

• Poverty, violence, orphaned, abuse and where children's rights are violated
• We want the children, youth and young adults to become active members of their communities.
• To make a difference and and give hope to others.
• We buid an evironment of trust and safety for the children and give them all possible support to become strong and independent.

Vision

We, the Mama Christa Foundation (MCF) Family, strive to empower vulnerable children to live an independent life. Our goal furthermore includes enabling young adults to grow up as responsible members of the society who give hope to other children.
