JERSEY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL FOUNDATION

There are several opportunities available to volunteers to assist JCH HealthCare in its continual mission to provide excellent care across the communities. The JCH Gift Shop is located in the hospital lobby and operated by the JCH Auxiliary volunteers. The Volunteer Services department staffs key areas with volunteers within the hospital. The JCH Foundation was formed in 1999 as the charitable entity of the JCH HealthCare system and is guided by a Board of Directors from the community. It has several fundraising events throughout the year that is aided by volunteers. The JCH Hope Chest Resale Shop was opened in 2009 to assist in raising funds with donated treasures and is staffed by volunteers. Lastly, the JCH Ambulance Association was formed in 2016 to raise funds for the EMS and ER department needs and hosts several fundraising events.
