The Highland Center is located in an historic 1922 school building in the heart of Monterey, Virginia. The Center acts as a catalyst for cultural and economic development by:
Providing space, counseling and technical assistance to small businesses and non-profits
Operating local foods initiatives, including the Highland Farmers' Market
Operating youth development programs
Serving as a venue for community events, including in our retreat-conference center
