    HART started as way to assist and provide resources to people experiencing homelessness. We are a collaborative movement between community members, faith-based organizations, businesses, and local nonprofits dedicated to serving our unhoused neighbors.

    About Us

    We would need extra volunteers to help out with our Respite center program to help provide essential items and services to the unhoused population of North Sacramento. We would also need volunteers to help out with the shower program we provide for the unhoused.
