Franklin County Humane Society/Planned Pethood Clinic & Adoption Center

Our Planned Pethood Clinic is dedicated to reducing pet overpopulation. Every spay/neuter reduces the numbers of animals being taken to shelters and pounds or abandoned at dumpsters or along roadsides. Our Adoption Center staff and volunteers provide care for homeless animals. The Adoption Center is a wonderful place designed to be safe and pleasant for the animals and for the people who come to the Adoption Center to adopt, volunteer and work. Our high visibility location on a major highway and large storefront windows demonstrate our idea to market our adoptable pets as just as valuable as any pet store puppy or kitten. Our Purrfect Treasure store raises funds to provide care for the animals at our Adoption Center.
