About Us
Our work began in 2009, as a ministry extension of The Samaritan Women and with a specific focus on services for victims of human trafficking. In 2010 we were designated by the Department of Health and Human Services as the Maryland Rescue & Restore Coalition and expanded our scope to affecting state and national change. We are members of the DHS Blue Campaign and the Maryland Human Trafficking Task Force and strive to collaborate with anti-trafficking efforts nationwide.
