The Galt Foundation is a non-profit enterprise focused on creating a world in which every person is valued for their ability. The vision is realized by providing staffing services to job seekers with disabilities and matching them to employers seeking quality talent. Currently, Galt has 3,000 employees working for more than 100 employers nationwide and aims to become the world’s largest employer of individuals with disabilities.
