    Kings County Tennis League (KCTL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to using tennis as a vehicle for youth development and community building in underserved Brooklyn neighborhoodss. KCTL serves children specifically living in and around public housing in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn (Marcy, Tompkins, Lafayette Gardens, Sumner, and Brevoort) in three different tennis seasons (Winter, Summer, Fall) year-round.
