Mission Statement: To be Texas’ trusted, respected leader in the administration of local Property Assessed Clean Energy (TX-PACE) programs to conserve Texas’ energy and water resources while simultaneously enhancing economic development, job creation, and investment, and, reducing harmful pollution, environmental impacts, and creating healthier buildings. We serve the population of 80 local governments (and counting) which is more than 20 million people
