  • Mission

Oklahoma County Early Settlement Mediation commits to providing exceptional service to the citizens, courts, and legal representatives of the county in resolving disputes. We commit to the provision of free, professional and compassionate mediation to those in need while maintaining collaborative and nurturing relationships with our volunteer mediators. We will strive to consistently surpass expectations and assist the courts in promoting efficiency while minimizing time and money spent in legal processes.

    About Us

Early Settlement Mediation is a non-profit program funded by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and sponsored by OSU-OKC. Volunteer mediators with the program serve as neutral third-parties to community members in dispute with the goal of settling issues outside of formal court proceedings. This process allows for those in conflict to be empowered to resolve their own problems while saving time and money associated with litigation.
