Live and Learn Program

Our mission is to break the cycle of generational poverty for women through life-skills and career guidance, job training and education for women that affords real opportunities for financial self-sufficiency.

Live & Learn is a non profit organization for women that was founded in 2012 to empower women in the Phoenix-metro area. It began as an initiative of the Arizona Foundation for Women and became an independent organization in 2015. Live & Learn continues to grow every year to meet the financial education needs and career training for women in our community.

1. Our staff works with our clients to develop individualized action plans tailored to each clients’ unique situation. We see the potential in each woman we serve.
2. Live and Learn stays with our clients as they progress along their personalized education and career pathway. Recognizing that each client’s journey involves many steps and new obstacles along the way; we support them through this entire journey.
3. We focus on the overall wellbeing of our clients, including their emotional wellbeing.

Our goal is to empower each of our clients to create a better life and a better future for herself.
