Cardozo School of Law Guardianship Clinic
55 Fifth Avenue
The Guardianship Clinic works to develop standards to monitor court-appointed guardians, assist the courts and help families navigate the system.
Students who work in the clinic advocate for low-income clients and assist the court in legal issues related to court-appointed guardian cases, including medical benefits and estate planning.
The clinic is generously supported by Kathryn O. and Alan C. Greenberg, and embodies Kathryn’s mission to improve the guardianship system.
