Paradigm One d/b/a Hazelbrook Community Center

  • Mission

WHO WE ARE... Hazelbrook Community Center, a unique Colorado-based nonprofit in Aurora, serves as the state's primary recovery resource hub. Founded and led by individuals deeply involved in the Colorado recovery movement, our programs address the challenges on the path to sobriety. Services include the Transitional Safety Zone program, life skills classes, arts courses, fitness programs, and peer coaching. We organize sober events and plan to expand to offer same-day support for housing, re-entry, jobs, transport, and basic needs through peer navigators and on-site case management. Future plans include the REAL Center for online access, printing, employment support, recovery meetings, and the new Peer Recovery Coach Certification via ParadigmONE. Committed to helping individuals embrace a new way of life, we foster a positive environment for fun, guidance, fitness, art expression, and social connections to build habits and reach their full potential.
