United Way of Williamson County TN
209 Gothic Court, Suite 107
United Way of Williamson County was founded in 1961 as a fund-raising organization dedicated to improving people’s lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities. Our partner agencies provide direct services to those in need within the community through our direct support. Many of them would be struggling, or might not exist if it were not for the campaign funding efforts of United Way. Since 2006, however, United Way of Williamson County expanded its capacity to connect people and needs with a more formalized focus on Community Impact. Although the UWWC continues to raise funds and supports 50 human service programs, Community Impact now convenes collaborations to address identified needs in a multifaceted and comprehensive approach through its partnerships with community businesses, governments and non-profit agencies.
