About Us

The Mississippi Campaign to End Child Homelessness seeks to galvanize the public and political will necessary to end this crisis. Based on the belief that it is unacceptable for any child to be homeless for even one night, the Mississippi Campaign to End Child Homelessness is a call to action with the following goals:

  • Increase public awareness of the scope and impact of homelessness on children and families.
  • Inform state and local policies and plans to better address the needs of homeless children and families.
  • Improve program design and service delivery to effectively meet the unique needs of homeless children and families.

The Mississippi Campaign connects families, communities, service providers, advocates, policymakers, elected officials, and the media to address child and family homelessness through an array of coordinated local and state-based efforts. The Mississippi Campaign is an initiative of the national Campaign to End Child Homelessness.
