    The Hawai`i Council on Economic Education’s (“HCEE”) mission is to increase the economic literacy of Hawaii's students and residents. HCEE implements its mission primarily by promoting and improving the teaching of economics and personal financial literacy in Hawaii's public, private, and charter schools through teacher training and student-focused programs.
