About Us
CSAIR, a vibrant, multigenerational, egalitarian, inclusive, Conservative congregation in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, seeks to fill the a newly created position of Director of Engagement and Programming to help us continue to appeal to our diverse membership and the wider Jewish community.
CSAIR is a unique synagogue within the Conservative movement. Led by the dynamic Rabbi Barry Dov Katz, our members come from all walks of Judaism and span the breadth of Jewish living. We are home to a growing Shabbat community and increasingly large Jewish Day School and Hebrew school populations.
Our membership includes people of all ages, backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, income levels and approaches to religious practice and thought. We are individuals. We are single parent, double parent, interfaith, multiracial, empty nester, blended families and more.
