Rockland Chinese School, Division of Chinese American Cultural Association of Rockland, Inc

The Rockland Chinese School, a division of the Chinese American Cultural Association of Rockland, Inc., is a non-political, non-profit organization that seeks to advance understanding of Chinese culture and language for members of the Rockland and Bergen communities. Our mission is to promote inter-cultural understanding and to support the study of subjects related to China and Chinese-American culture.

We presently offer Mandarin instruction, as well as a variety of Chinese culture classes, to children in kindergarten through 6th grades. Due to the growing interest in Chinese studies and the global importance of Mandarin, we are expanding our educational programs to better serve the needs of Rockland and Bergen counties. In the coming year, we will broaden our reach to adults and families with pre-school children who are eager to explore China’s culture and official language.
