    LifeLine Pilots coordinate free air transportation, through volunteer pilots, for anyone with a medical or humanitarian need far from home.

    Coordination is offered for flights originating in the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. When your departure or destination is beyond our service area, we partner with other volunteer pilot organizations to complete the journey.
