ViSION

Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services envisions a safe, equitable community, free from the oppressions that lead to gender-based violence, where all individuals feel valued and respected.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services is to support individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation, and to lead the community towards ending these abuses of power.

STRATEGY

Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services is a countywide, non-profit organization that serves individuals of all ages affected by domestic violence, sexual assault and sexual exploitation. The agency provides client-centered, accessible services, which promote empowerment, choice and safety. The organization is committed to the provision of a full spectrum of victim services in the community, including crisis intervention, shelter, medical and legal advocacy, support services and prevention, education and offender treatment. Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services takes a leadership role in providing collaborative ways to engage the community in becoming active participants in ending domestic violence and sexual assault.
