SIMA COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATION

OBJECTIVES 1) To advocate for the Rights of Children as enshrined in the UN charter and African charter of the Rights of Children. 2) To co-operate with any like-minded Individuals, Organisations or Institutions working towards the improvement of living standards of Women, Children and the Youths. 3) To fight against the social-economic Injustices faced by Women, Children and the youths such as corruption, discrimination, Child abuse and sexual of exploitation. 4) To empower Marginalised Women and Youths by providing them with skills and income generating scheme support. 5) To promote understanding of the nature and magnitude of HIV’AIDS in Kenya, its impact on Children, families, churches, communities and the nation as a whole.

MISSION STATEMENT To fight the injustice surrounding the welfare of children and women and also to promote youth empowerment through Income Generating Activities (I.G.As) and skills training in Kenya as a whole and Trans-Nzoia district in particular.
