Les Casques Blancs

Les Casques Blancs (CB), established in November 2017, is a not for profit organization registered in Quebec, Canada, whose aim is to promote, develop and implement community-based, service-based and recovery-oriented projects to improve the lives of civilians in conflict zones. Furthermore, it aims to create resilience in order to participate in the empowerment of civilians to defend their own rights; assist vulnerable people, forced to be displaced, by providing access to resources and regain their dignity. Together with its partner organizations, Syria Civil Defence, Stichting White Helmets Foundation and Beyaz Şapkalılar Turkey, CB forms part of the wider White Helmets Group.
