84000: Translating the Words of the Buddha

84000: Translating the Words of the Buddha is a non-profit global initiative to translate the entire collection of the Buddha’s teachings and their commentaries (over 230,000 pages) from the Tibetan Collection into English and other languages. 84000 is a heritage project, with the entire collection to be made available digitally, and free of charge to all. This initiative is unprecedented in our time, and has brought together the heads of the Tibetan Religious Tradition as well as prominent translators and scholars of our day to achieve this goal.
