    The Community Preservation Coalition is a partership of Massachusetts affordable housing, land conservation and preservation non-profits dedicated to helping municipalities understand, adopt and implement the Community Preservation Act (CPA). CPA is a state law passed in 2000 that allows cities and towns by local option to raise funds for initiatives in the areas of affordable housing, open space protection and historic preservation.
