To reach Orphans and vulnerable children (OVCs) in Gulu through Education, Health, protection and Christian programs while strengthening families and communities.

Founded in 2018, Friends of Children Circle (FOCC) Uganda is a registered non-profit Community Based Organization operating in Gulu with CDR: 097 working towards children welfare, their basic needs, health, education, empowerment of their families and livelihood promotion. Our mode of operation is demand-driven with a focus on transferring knowledge, skills and tools to improve increase food security, nutrition, health, incomes of rural communities and among others. The Bulk of our work has been in Omel Sub-county, Gulu District.
