in 1958, the Washington International Horse Show's mission is, by means of a
horse show and exhibitions, to promote a greater interest and education of all
things equestrian, and to achieve the highest standards of equestrian sport.
Through the horse show, WIHS engages and supports charitable causes and the Washington, D.C.
community.
