About Us
It is the mission of the Rancho Los Amigos Foundation to help pediatric and adult patients at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, whose lives have been forever changed through disabling injuries or illnesses (spinal cord injuries, acute brain injuries, stroke, neurological disorders, etc.), experience the Restoration of Health, the Rebuilding of their Lives, and the Revitalization of Hope.
Since 1983, the Foundation has provided critical philanthropic support to Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center for programs and services that address the needs of the hospital’s diverse disabled population. Patients at Rancho Los Amigos come from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds, and the support of the Foundation allows these patients to receive treatments and access programs that are unfunded by insurance or are otherwise outside their personal financial means.
