Sustainable Solano

Sustainable Solano is a a grassroots, county-wide movement uniting people and their initiatives aiming to serve the future of Solano county, to promote ecologically sustainable, economically and socially just communities, a world that works for everyone. Sustainable Solano has grown out of 20 years of dedicated voluntary community work by Benicia Community Gardens — our own initiative to inspire and educate people about how to locally grow, regionally source, cook and enjoy healthy food.

As we are entering a new stage, we are looking for like-minded people across the county. It’s the beginning of a larger conversation at our community. What do you want to see in our future?
