CARE 4 U MANAGEMENT

Care 4 U Community Health Center is a Florida, nonprofit 501(c)3 minority organization in Liberty City -- founded in 2014 with a mission to fulfill the unmet health and social needs of individuals and families infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS. The ultimate vision of the organization was to increase access to care for all people living with HIV/AIDS and reduce new HIV infections. In 2018, Care 4 U embarked on a strategic plan to expand services to include primary medical care and also became a Florida Department of Health (FDOH) registered HIV Test Site conducting HIV prevention counseling, testing, and linkage to care services.

Currently, Care 4 U is a comprehensive Community Health Center, providing a full range of health care and preventative services to help reduce health disparities and improve health outcomes in the community we serve. We also provide a wide array of social support services (i.e., transportation, housing referrals, food vouchers, clothing, counseling, etc.) to address the social determinants of health that often hinder people from achieving optimal health outcomes.
