    The NGO OSMOSE implements an integrated community program linking conservation, sustainable alternative livelihoods, environmental education and local development support aimed at the floating communities around the Prek Toal Ramsar Site of the Tonle Sap Biosphere Reserve since 1999.
    OSMOSE’s mission is that the communities living in the floating villages of the Prek Toal Prek Toal Ramsar Site improve their livelihood through wise use of their unique natural and cultural resources.
    OSMOSE’s vision is to foster and support harmonious relationships between humans and nature.
