The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Center for Elder Justice at the Hebrew Home at Riverdale
Established in 2005, the Weinberg Center is the nation's first shelter for elder abuse victims, serving eligible individuals 60 years and older. The Weinberg Center provides short-term shelter, comprehensive healthcare, legal advocacy and therapeutic services. Our work also encompasses a wide range of elder justice initiatives, including replication of the shelter model throughout the country, legal initiatives, partnerships and collaborations and education and outreach.
