Our mission is to help communities build the coordination, data infrastructure, and collaborative systems needed to improve outcomes in areas such as homelessness, housing stability, health, and community well-being.

Field Impact Partners is a nonprofit organization working to demonstrate what’s possible when systems are intentionally built to deliver across sectors. Our work supports durable place-based infrastructure that turns evidence-based policy into measurable improvements people can see, feel, and sustain over time.

Our team is small and consists of senior-level leaders with decades of experience in helping communities drive systems change and deliver real, lasting results. We value authenticity, clarity & accountability, open communication, adaptability and learning, and human connection and joy in our work.
