Vision Statement The Self-Advocacy Association is a strong voice for and by people with disabilities, promoting independence, empowerment, leading by example, communicating, networking and encouraging each other.

Mission Statement The Self-Advocacy Association of NYS is an organization for and led by people with the challenge of a disability to assure the civil rights and responsibilities that include the opportunities and choices of equal citizenship. The association accomplishes this by:
