SongwritingWith:Soldiers creates opportunities for veterans and active duty service members to transform their stories about combat and the return home into songs. At workshops and retreats, participants work with professional songwriters in a collaborative process that fosters trust, creativity, and connection. Songs are recorded and shared through CDs, social media, and concerts that raise awareness and help bridge the divide between our military and civilian communities.
