    Founded and sponsored by the congregation of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Almost Home has grown and currently includes two outreach ministries.

    Almost Home offers a variety of volunteer opportunities. In a culture which values your input our staff will work with you in order to fit your skills and interests with organizational needs.

    The Open Closet serves over 4000 persons each year; and the Guest House now provides over 1300 beds each season.
